GUS Submission Form

This form is for approved brokers requesting to associate eLEND as their lender in USDA’s Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS).

Submission of this form authorizes eLEND to complete the necessary steps to be added as the lender under the broker’s USDA GUS profile, enabling USDA loan submissions with eLEND.

To submit USDA loans with eLEND, your company must associate eLEND as a lender within USDA’s Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS).
