Who is Eligible?
Eligibility will be determined by examining the borrowers’ income, assets, liabilities, and credit history and score, as well as the market value and condition of the property to be financed.
- 580 minimum qualifying credit score
- Floor area no less than 400 square feet
- Classified as real estate and permanently affixed
- Not previously installed or occupied at any other site
- Singlewide, Doublewide, and Triplewide units permitted
