FAQs
How do I make my payment?
If you’ve registered your loan with our servicing platform, you can pay online anytime. Haven’t registered yet? You can still mail a payment — see the address below — or call our Servicing team for help.
How do I set up automatic payments?
Once your loan is registered online, you can turn on autopay from your account dashboard so your payment is submitted automatically each month. If you need help setting it up, call our Servicing team at the number below.
Where do I find my loan number?
Your servicing loan number is on your monthly statement. If you haven’t received one yet, you can use your original eLEND/AFR loan number to register by clicking yes on the registration page — the system will match it to your new servicing account.
How do I register my loan online?
Registering only takes a minute — you’ll need your loan number, and you’ll set up a username and password to manage your account, view statements, and make payments going forward.
I made a payment — how do I know you received it?
Once your loan is registered, you can log in anytime to see your payment history and current balance. If a recent payment isn’t showing up yet, give it 1–2 business days to post if paid online. Once your payment is processed, a new mortgage statement will be provided reflecting the payment was applied to your account.
I’m having trouble logging in — what should I do?
Try the “Forgot Password” link on the login page first. If you’re still stuck, our Servicing team can help verify your account and get you back in. Call our Servicing team for help.
Why is a different company involved in my loan?
Mortgages are often bought and sold as part of standard industry practice — eLEND/American Financial Resources, LLC may have acquired your loan from another lender. American Financial Resources, LLC is your servicing provider who will be handling your day-to-day servicing, including payments. Your loan terms and rate will not change. If your loan was acquired from another lender, you should have received a Notice of Servicing Transfer confirming any change in who collects your monthly payments. If you make a payment to your previous servicer during the first 60 days after a transfer, it won’t be treated as late.
